400 KG of potatoes and 200 KG garlic bulbs need to be stored for 2 to 3 months between seasonal planting. The storage area must be dry and protected from animals and thieves. The cost of potatoes and garlic will be a one -time expense.  Open pollenated seed corn would be a one-time expense, but yields would be less than hybrid corn.  Fertilizer( $100 ), inoculants ($20), and hybrid seeds will be seasonal planting expenses. Beans must follow corn in the crop rotation cycle, but peppers, egg- plant, ***, can be substituted for any of the rest of the crops.  Less than 9 crops may be better to rotate and a smaller farm, easier to manage than five acres. The farmers will need to determine what is best.

.
.                TOTAL SEASONAL ESTIMATED COSTS EQUAL $775.00:

per planting season, which  must be saved from season sales of produce.  Markets for each crop need to be identified.  Crop yields need to be measured before personal consumption.  All personal consumption , and sales of produce needs to be recorded with the coop. A local bank could distribute and allocate money for the farmers into the various accounts opened by the coop.
