MaterDei USA in collaboration with Mater Dei USA(MDUSA) provides mobile clinic programs in the rural areas, particularly in the seven villages of Ruvu Basin.
The main goal of this program is to deliver basic primary health care to thousands of the rural population who live in the rural areas that have little or no access to existing healthcare services.
This service is among the best equiped in the entire country, and is currently used to transport critically ill patients to tertiary care hospitals together with the use the ambulance as a mobile clinic for the rural areas.
Each trip is properly equipped with medical testing and examination facilities which facilitate the delivery of effective and efficient medical care.
Our mobile clinic program is designed to deliver children vaccinations, provide treatment for basic diseases such as Malaria, Diarrhea, fevers and care for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

The Mission of MDUSA is "to enlighten and tranform the poor to prosperity through diverse, innovative and sustainable social-economic programs and partner with others to deliver programs that empower the poor and vulnerable and enable them to secure access to social-economic opportunites."
MDUSA works in partnership with Mater Dei USA, a Non-Profit charitable organisation registered in the United States of America to support its work and activites.

The Board of Directors (BOD) supervises the management and business affairs of the organization and is responsible for seeing that the organization keeps the promises described in the organization’s Vision, Mission and Purpose statements. It also ensures that the organization is accountable for acting within the laws governing it.
The BOD is responsible for representing the organization to the community and for policymaking for the organization. They approve plans, budgets and audit reports of the organization.
The BOD is also responsible for ensuring that the organization has the resources it needs to further its mission, including soliciting funds and approving macro projects of the organization (Projects exceeding US$10,000) and any projects falling outside the approved budget of the organization.
